Our history
Since 2015, Cornerstone Partner Group has focused on smart, strategic real estate investments. Starting with a $400K property that appreciated to $800K, we expanded into short-term rentals in 2018 with a Poconos estate sale, renovating it into an Airbnb that generated $48K annually and sold in 2022 for $300K. In 2023, we became licensed in NYS, helping clients buy and rent properties while continuing to grow our investment portfolio.
